🚫 No Refund in the Following Cases:

• If a participant misses the departure time.
• If the trip is canceled due to personal reasons.
• If the trip is disrupted due to natural disasters or unavoidable circumstances.

🔄 Trip Rescheduling:

• If the trip is postponed due to extreme weather or road closures, participants will be accommodated on the next available trip.

• The company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the trip due to unforeseen circumstances.
• In case of trip cancellation by the company, a full refund will be provided.

1. Booking & Payments

• A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
• The remaining 50% must be paid before departure.
• Bookings are non-transferable to another person without prior approval.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 10+ days before departure: 50% refund of the advance payment
• 7-10 days before departure: 30% refund of the advance payment
• Less than 7 days before departure: No refund
• No refund will be provided if the participant fails to show up at the departure time.
• If the trip is canceled by the company, a full refund will be issued.

3. Travel & Safety Guidelines

• Participants must follow the departure and arrival schedule strictly.
• The company is not responsible for delays caused by road conditions, weather, or traffic.
• In case of an emergency or natural disaster, the company reserves the right to reschedule or modify the itinerary.
• If an extra vehicle is required due to heavy snow or road blockage, additional charges will apply.

4. Participant Responsibilities

• Participants must carry a valid CNIC or identification document.
• Any misbehavior, damage to property, or violation of rules will result in immediate removal from the trip without any refund.
• The company is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
• Participants are expected to respect local culture and environment and avoid littering.

5. Health & Fitness

• It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they are physically fit for travel.
• If a participant has any medical condition, they must inform the company beforehand.
• The company will provide basic first aid, but any serious medical assistance will be the participant’s responsibility.

6. Liability & Disclaimer

• The company and its team members will not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss of life during the trip.
• Participants join the trip at their own risk and must follow the safety instructions given by the tour guide.
• In case of a vehicle breakdown, participants will be responsible for any extra transportation costs if needed.

7. Rights of the Company

• The company reserves the right to change the itinerary due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
• The company can refuse service to anyone who does not comply with the rules or engages in inappropriate behavior.
• The company may use photos and videos taken during the trip for marketing purposes unless a participant objects in advance.
